LET'S CHAT!
After submitting our online form about your organization and funding needs, we will reach out to schedule an introductory call to learn more about your mission, goals and donors. All our pre-auction consulting, sourcing and technology services are completely free of charge. We suggest a minimum of six weeks from date of contract to date of auction.
CURATION
SOURCING SUCCESS
Our expert team will curate an array of unique and exciting auction lots for you to choose from, each aligned with your organization's mission and auction theme. Your exclusive auction catalog includes high-resolution images, reserve price, a detailed historical description, as well as our certified authentic, 100 percent money back guarantee.
PREPARATION
DELIGHTFUL DESIGN
With auction items selected, our team creates a branded online catalog for pre-auction promotion and a branded auction website. Your auction comes with comprehensive project management resources and a talented team to help develop promotional timeline; curated, cross-platform social media content; and donor engagement strategies.
PROMOTION
LIVE & ONLINE
We will work alongside you to promote your fundraiser and build excitement among donors and supporters. We will share your auction with our carefully curated list of clients and collectors, philanthropists and do-gooders, compiled from our combined thirty years in social impact!
DELIVERY
SATISFIED SUPPORTERS
Following your successful auction and processing of our success based fees (20 percent of the final sale, above the reserve price, per item), we will ensure each item is carefully packaged and quickly delivered to the winner or to your organization for self-distribution. Our talented design team can also work with you (or your winning donors) to create commemorative displays for any collectible.
POST-AUCTION
FRIENDLY FOLLOW UP
As part of our complimentary post-auction services, we will provide an overview of your online auction data including a list of auction registrants so you can personally thank them for participating (registration is required to view live auctions). We encourage you to tell us about your auction experience and future opportunities to assist with fundraising so we continue to source relevant art, artifacts and antiques for your organization, at no charge to you.
