HOW IT WORKS
After submitting our online form about your organization and funding needs, we will reach out to schedule an introductory call to learn more about your mission, goals and donors. All our pre-auction consulting, sourcing and technology services are completely free of charge. We suggest a minimum of six weeks from date of contract to date of auction.
Our expert team will curate a selection of unique and exciting auction items to choose from which align with your organization's mission or auction theme. Your exclusive catalog of auction items includes high-resolution images, reserve price, expected bidding range, a detailed historical description, as well as a certification of authenticity with a 100 percent money back guarantee.
Having selected your auction items, our team will prepare a branded online catalog of up to five items for pre-auction promotion, and a branded auction website including high-resolution images and historical descriptions of your auction lots. You will also receive a comprehensive project management packet from our talented branding team featuring a timeline for promotions, outreach, the live auction, and post-auction follow-up; curated, cross-platform social media content; a sample outreach database; and our best practices guide. Our team is also available to assist you with donor engagement and activation before and during your auction.
LIVE & ONLINE
Two weeks before your auction, the catalog of curated auction lots will go live on our website. Build excitement and engagement by sharing the link with your donors and supporters while providing them an opportunity to contact us directly with any specific questions about the items. Our team will also promote your online auction to our list of private collectors and philanthropists, carefully curated over our combined thirty years of work in the social impact space.
Following our successful auction and payment processing to your organization (a rate of 80 percent of the final sale, above the reserve price, for each item), our professional shipping team will ensure each item is carefully packaged and quickly delivered free of charge to your winning donors, or to your organization for self-distribution. Auction items are available for framing or mounting with your organization's name, logo, and/or a message of your choosing honoring your winning donor or donors can work directly with our talented design team to craft a preferred display casing to last for the ages.*

FRIENDLY FOLLOW UP
As part of our post-auction follow-up, we will provide an overview of available online auction data and a full list of auction registrants so you can personally thank them for participating (registration is required to view the auction once it goes live). We will also schedule a brief call to learn about your auction experience. We encourage you to tell us about opportunities to assist with future fundraising efforts so we can continue to source relevant and unique art, artifacts and antiques for your organization, at no charge.
